2. Booking Terms

2.1 Reservation Process

Bookings can be made through:

  • Direct contact via email or phone
  • Our Airbnb listing (primary booking platform)

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.

2.2 Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: After 14:00 (flexible on request)
  • Check-out time: Before 10:00 (flexible on request)
  • Ljubo or Meri will personally greet you upon arrival

2.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on your booking platform:

  • Airbnb bookings: Handled through Airbnb's payment system
  • Direct bookings: Payment terms will be agreed upon individually
  • We accept cash (EUR) and bank transfers

2.4 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies depend on the booking platform used:

  • Airbnb bookings: Subject to Airbnb's cancellation policy as displayed at time of booking
  • Direct bookings: Cancellation terms will be communicated at time of booking confirmation

3. Guest Responsibilities

3.1 Property Care

Guests agree to:

  • Treat the apartment and all furnishings with care and respect
  • Report any damages or issues immediately to the hosts
  • Leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition
  • Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for each apartment
  • Not smoke inside the apartments (smoking permitted on balconies)

3.2 House Rules

  • Respect quiet hours (22:00 - 08:00)
  • No parties or events without prior approval
  • Pets not allowed unless specifically approved in advance
  • Comply with all Croatian laws and local regulations

3.3 Liability for Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacements.

4.1 Our Content

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Apartments Blažević or its content suppliers and is protected by Croatian and international copyright laws.
