About Stobreč

A 2,500-year-old coastal gem

Originally founded as the Greek colony Epetium, Stobreč later became the Roman settlement Epetium. Today, it's a peaceful town of 4,500 residents on the Dalmatian coast, just 6 km southeast of Split.

What makes Stobreč special is its perfect balance—close enough to Split for easy access to the city's vibrant energy, yet quiet and authentic enough to feel like a real Croatian coastal town. You get the best of both worlds.
